Features: Complete restoration in accordance with York Historic Architectural Review Board standards and National Park Service (NPS) Historic Guidelines was done on these two townhouses.  Brick work was extensive to repair deteriorated brick, clean off paint and repoint per the NPS guidelines, and the interior was retrofitted with new HVAC and electrical, new Kitchens and Bathrooms.  Front metal railings were duplicated where damaged and broken.
