Features: A new Office and Maintenance Building was constructed in the site of an existing building that no longer functioned well.  The 5,792 SF 2 story building included the Maintenance operation on the Lower Level, and Offices above.  Timbers from the original building were used in the entrance and conference rooms.  Main level included Offices, Lunch area, two small and one large Conference Rooms, and Public Waiting area.  Lower Level included two Truck Bays, Shop area, Maintenance Office and Staff Workroom.
