Completion Date: 1999

Features: Original hotel was built in the 1700's.  Using Historic Tax Credits and PHFA Funding, created 22 units for affordable senior housing.  Provided accessibility in the wood and masonry, wood and steel framed building where protions of the original log structure were found during construction.  Also recreated elements of the front porch using a historic photograph of Wild Bill Hickok standing on the steps.
